  1. The picture shows 2 coins. I can see a face on one coin and some people gathered around on the second coin. The expression on the man’s face on the coin looks very serious and I also think he is an important or famous person as well. Those people look like they are begging or maybe praying because their hands are folded are they are leaning their backs forward. Nowadays we still use coins and there is always our queen’s photo on them. I think that this picture was painted to show the king or queen of the time that it was painted in.

  3. I can see people are from the Egypt. What's happening there is a man setting the horse up and how people;Well some people are writing hieroglyphics. There's nothing we use in modern times and we definitely don't write hieroglyphics.I think the picture is painted to tell how people used hieroglyphics and what horses were like in ancient times to modern times.

  4. The picture shows two coins. One of the coin is the sculpture of Robert Falcon Scott who was the leader of the national Antarctica expedition from 1910-1915. The second picture shows the crew discovering Antarctica in 1913. Moreover, it shows the crew making their way through Antarctica using sticks and shovels. Today we still use sticks and shovels to make our way through the snow. It was painted to remind us the crew who discovered Antarctica.

  5. In the first picture I can see a man using a horse with a wooden tool for farming. In the second picture I can see two horses pulling a cart with a person sitting in to travel . In the third picture I can see a lot of hyragliph and a man who is either bowing or greeting someone.
There are still some places where horses are used as a mode of transportation.
I think the picture was painted to tell us about how people used to transport during ancient egyption time and also how they used to do farming and grow fruits and vegetables.

  8. This image depicts that a charioteer is about to mount the chariot. He is pulling the reins to keep the horses steady. In the next image, the pharaoh has mounted his wagon and is probably going to his palace. The final piece has a slave who has been commanded by the pharaoh to draw hieroglyphics. I think this picture was painted to be adorn the tomb of the pharaoh in the pyramid.
Chariots and horses are still used to this day. However, earlier they were used in ancient warfare but nowadays we don’t see them very often. They are mostly used for recreational purposes or for the royalty.
